So, after an ugly fallout with my fiancé, who’s now my ex, I knew I had to change the locks. I couldn’t trust my ex to be civil after all that had transpired between us. I spoke to Andrew from Gallery Locksmith Store and he was just so understanding.. He got there quickly and after taking a look at the locks he told me that the locks still had life in them and could last a few more years. Rekeying was a better option instead of throwing away the locks. And after I’d given him the go (Why would I even say no? It was gonna cost me a lot less), he got the locks rekeyed in a few minutes.

After I returned home from a really long vacation to find my door locks damaged beyond recognition, it was clear that someone had tried to crack it open, but failed. I couldn’t risk it again and needed my locks fixed right away. Community Locksmith Store was the only company that offered me a flat rate. Jones even followed up with me through text to get a picture of the lock so that they could offer a precise quote! I didn’t know locksmiths were this tech-savvy until I met Jones! Anyway, Jones didn’t charge me anything extra that what he’d quoted. In fact, he lowered the price after he found that there wasn’t much that needed fixing on the lock. And that’s what I call a true professional!

If I didn’t know any better, I believe David and his team from Safe & Key Store are the best in the whole of Burke, VA!!! How do I know that? Because I’ve tried just about every other locksmith in the area and I’ve never found a locksmith that’s as polite, honest, friendly and skilled as David. The flat rates, super efficient service, and punctuality are enough reasons to choose Safe & Key Store time and again. I’ve called them in around seven times, and have been bowled over by their professionalism every single time. Are they the BEST in Burke, VA? Definitely!

I had an urgent meeting to attend in the next one hour. But it was one of those days that had bad luck written all over it. First, I spent nearly 5 minutes trying to get my door to lock. The lock was quite old and it was finally starting to show its signs. Being already late, I quickly rushed to my car, fumbled for my car keys and when I turned the car key in the lock, it snapped! Call it fate or blame it on the force I exerted on the key, either way I didn’t feel as helpless as I did at that moment. Talk about quick and responsive service - Usa Locksmith Service is the best! Thomas got there right on time! Maintained a great communication via phone during the day of the appointment. Once he got there, it only took him 15 minutes to rekey the lock. He’s a total pro and knew exactly what he was doing. He was extremely helpful and even patiently answered the million questions I bombarded him with (unnecessary questions, of course) pertaining to rekeying. I got it all done at an excellent price.

To be honest, I couldn’t find a flaw and hence the ten on ten rating. Hope this review helps someone who’s still struggling to find a good locksmith in Leesburg, VA. Don’t think twice, call City Locksmith Store up on 703-570-4161! Definitely, THE BEST!
I’ve always believed in giving credit where it’s due and hence am taking this time out to write a review for Universal Locksmith Store! Best service ever – and the prices are just even better! I’m not from Pittsburgh, PA and when I locked my keys in the car, I had no idea whom to call or what to do. After a quick online search I found great reviews for Universal Locksmith Store and called up 412-595-9377. After a brief conversation with the rep, I waited for a mere ten minutes for the technician to arrive. Mark was a complete professional and fun person to talk to! He unlocked my car in seconds and retrieved the keys… Thank you Mark for helping me out in a tough situation! Bob from Locksmith & Key Store was the only locksmith company that got back to me on a weekend and was very courteous and professional and quick turn around time to make keys for a 4plex. He was very reasonably priced and the only one working on the weekend. Great service, great price, and professional the trifecta! He accepts credit card payments and emails receipt on the spot.. I recommend him 100%! He earned 5 stars for sure in my book! =)

I called Galaxy Locksmith Store based on the reviews I read here. I emailed to the company first, but he didn't see my email, so I called. They was very nice. He apologized for not seeing the email, and they asked me to give him the information and send pictures of my locks by email. I wanted to change a lock in the apartment I have just moved into. I wasn't in a hurry, so we fixed an appointment, and on the day we had said, he came on time, was very nice, changed one of the locks for a good price and was just very professional and nice. I will definitely call him again if I have any problem or if I need a new lock, Galaxy Locksmith Store is the company to use.
