There’s always a price to be paid in exchange for absurdly cheap services as I soon found out! After receiving an inspection notice from my insurance company, I figured that changing my locks with new ones will set the right impression. So, after a brief trip down to the hardware store, I purchased a set of new locks and had them installed myself. I was confident that I’d make it through the on-site review. It came as a shock to find out that my application got rejected. Turns out, the locks were found to be of an extremely poor quality. Couldn’t believe that my plan had backfired this way!

I had an appointment at 8 pm with Houston Advanced Locksmith for lock installation on my mailbox. A few minutes before the clock struck 8, the company’s rep called me up, informing me that the technician is on his way and will be five minutes late. I mean, who does that? I was once stuck outside in stormy weather waiting for a locksmith to arrive for hours and I didn’t get as much as an apology from the local company I’d hired then. To me, this is perhaps the best customer service I’ve ever received! Needless to say, the technician got there precisely at 8:05pm and set up the new locks in no time. I just dropped them a huge thank you email and am writing this review post that!

I was about to leave on a vacation and needed a new lock on my door to ensure that I didn’t return to a burgled home. It was 2:00 am and I doubted any locksmithing firm would be open at that hour. Couldn’t be happier! John was a total pro! The guy from the local locksmith shop told me that my locks were completely hopeless and must be replaced. Just to be doubly sure, I called up John from Gallery Locksmith Store. He took one look at my locks, told me he could fix it, gave me a price, and started working. Within ten minutes he was done! The locks which I was most likely to have thrown away were now working in perfect order. And it’s all thanks to John who worked pure magic on them and saved me from spending on replacements. Being absolutely clueless about how this stuff works, John could have easily convinced me into buying a new lock and make some cash out of it. But he didn’t! Integrity does shine through and that’s why I’ve stuck with Gallery Locksmith Store for the last four years.
After a tiring day at work, when I was confronted with a door I no longer had access to, I did nothing to improve my spirits. In fact, I was so frustrated at losing the keys and not being able to get in, that I was contemplating breaking a window to gain access. I was all set for a business trip that same evening which may have been cancelled had it not been for Dave who reached my home as soon as I called him up. I called Central Lock Key Store and as usual, these guys were right on time. It was I who wasn’t! After being stuck in an extended office meeting, I completely forgot that I had an appointment with Jamie at 8 pm. Despite receiving no information from me, I found Jamie waiting outside my door at 8:15 pm. Such dedication!! I’m truly amazed!!! Thanks to Jamie for being so patient! He didn’t even seem bothered that I’d wasted his time..

I called Master Locksmith Store today to have some locks re-keyed. I'm glad I called. They had someone close by named Allen who was great. He showed up at the time I requested with only about 2 hour notice.He was able to re-key all seven locks in about 40 minutes. All for $100 with the 2 keys.
If you need someone who will actually show for the job I recommend Master Locksmith Store to everyone !

Henrry set me up with a new lock when I needed it most: Top lock stuck and main lock falling apart, and the super was supposed to have it fixed today, but never showed.
I was in a bad place and Henrry came through.
On the phone, he listened to me and quoted me accurately and clearly. Once he came in the apartment, it was clear the right man had showed up. In less than a minute Henrry told me the problem, solution, and cost.
Henrry is about authentically warm and honest a guy as I've ever met.
