On the financial front, things haven’t been easy for me. Rent from my property formed a substantial part of my income and only last week I’d evicted two tenants due to non-compliance with the contract. To top it all, I hadn’t even changed my locks yet. I was sure that one of them still had the keys to the property and I couldn’t rule out the possibility of a retaliation break-in. Locksmith services weren’t gonna come cheap! Thankfully, Master Lock & Key Store came to my rescue! I made enquiries in about a dozen different places before landing up at Master Lock & Key Store. It was among the few firms in Colorado Springs, CO that offered a pricing over phone upon request and it was the only firm that had the lowest price of all.
Now I don’t wanna ramble on here. Let’s keep this short and snappy.
I called Keystone Locksmith Shop and as usual, these guys were right on time. It was I who wasn’t! After being stuck in an extended office meeting, I completely forgot that I had an appointment with Jamie at 8 pm. Despite receiving no information from me, I found Jamie waiting outside my door at 8:15 pm. Such dedication!! I’m truly amazed!!! Thanks to Jamie for being so patient! He didn’t even seem bothered that I’d wasted his time..

Trust me when I say this, Estate Locksmith Store is truly the best locksmith company in Summit Argo, IL! This isn’t something I’m saying after receiving a one-time good service from these guys. I’ve had terrible experiences with locksmiths in the past. Few tried to charge me four times greater than the service was actually worth, few have made me wait for hours at a stretch, few had done such a poor job that I had to call someone again. To sum it all up, it was all nightmarish and I always regretted the moment when I had to pick up the phone and call a locksmith again. But when I came across Estate Locksmith Store’s website a few weeks back after carrying out an online search, little did I know how my entire opinion was about to be altered. They’re quite unlike the rest! The technicians are talented, courteous, and carry out their work with integrity.

Apparently, the locks were too outdated and had been ‘bumped’ to gain entry. The illusion of safety that I had carried with me for so long, was shattered right then! I’d been away over two weeks on a trip and I returned home to find the lock on my door rusted shut! I wasn’t too keen on it, but yes, after my brother insisted, I decided to go ahead and call a locksmith. The lock on my front door looked old and rusted! And although it seemed sturdy, my brother thought that it gives off an aura of being an easy target to intruders. Jones was quite understanding and gave me a flat rate, which was surprisingly low. All I hoped for was that he didn’t add on anything to the bill at the end – which he didn’t! Now the lock on my front door gives off an aura that says ‘back-off’. And it’s all thanks to Jones for getting the job done at such a reasonable price!

I’m writing this review in the hope that it would benefit someone! So, being quite clumsy, I knew I’d dropped the keys somewhere. I walk for around 6 miles from work to home and I simply didn’t have the strength to retrace my steps. I decided to call City Locksmith Services. A friendly rep answered at once. He was even nice enough to give me a price quote over phone after I sent him a picture of the lock. David got there within the promised time and I watched amazed as he got a new key made within minutes using equipment from his van!

Gary was so helpful! I don’t think there could be anyone else so adept at doling out advice! I’d just moved into a new apartment and I had absolutely no clue how good the premise’s security was! This is as good as it could ever get! Called Ben from General Locksmith Store over to my place to get a new lock installed. Ben suggested I get the locks rekeyed instead which helped me save a lot of money! He could have totally taken advantage of the situation to upsell me on a new lock, but didn’t. An honest professional, great communication and people skills! Will definitely call General Locksmith Store again for other requirements in the future.
