This has been the worst rental experience ever imagined. When renting was told that we could check in at 9am. We arrived with milk and food that needed to be regrigerated only to find out that we could not get in until 1pm which quickly turned into 2:15! There was an $800 security deposit of which only $260 is being returned with no description of any damage, and when checking out the manager verbally said that we would be getting our entire deposit back. The security/manager was drinking and extremely inappropriate with the young girls staying in the house. First of all, this agency should be extremely ashamed of this staff member and their business practices. If you check out their Facebook page it's a scam because any negative feedback is blocked and deleted. I would not give this location 1 star let alone 5!! Save your money or save yourself the heart ache and go over to a bed bug ridden, flea bag motel, trust me you will be better off. 👎🏼
