I was lost for words when the brand new lock I had installed stopped working exactly one month later. The thing was supposed to last for 3 years, according to the guy at the local hardware shop who’d sold it to me. Angry with myself and at the technician who’d sold it to me, I decided to set things right! I called Safe & Key Store, after a co-worker recommended it to me. Lewis was simply marvelous! He was a fun person to interact with and provided some great advice on choosing locks. He recommended a few options and I trusted his judgment after he explained the reasons why I’d do well with a deadbolt!
After the installation was complete, he assured me that the lock would last me for years. If I ever face some trouble (which is unlikely, according to Lewis), he offered to provide free service. That’s some level of confidence! Lewis seems to know his job and his locks! Well, I must say, I’m very impressed with their services and prices!

The fact that I had lost my keys and was locked out of my home, came nowhere close to the feeling of paranoia that swept me! What if the wrong person finds it? Perhaps, my ex? If others take a leaf out of Central Locksmith Store’s book, I don’t think locksmiths would have earned such a bad reputation after all. Unlike others, Central Locksmith Store has never once failed to deliver on its promises. They’re on time, reliable, affordable, friendly, accommodating and professional! There was this one instance when Eric from Central Locksmith Store called me up and apologized for a 5-minute delay! I bet other locksmiths wouldn’t even care if they’re hours late.

Ok, City Locksmith Services is awesome! First, Gary arrived when he said he would. Second, he went out of his way to know exactly what I wanted. The last time I hired a locksmith, he didn’t even ask me what lock I needed, and installed an expensive one that was pretty useless, as was evident from its deteriorating performance. Fortunately, Gary knew exactly how to fix it and made sure everything worked fine before handing out the bill. Very affordable for such phenomenal services!!! I’ve already lined up a couple of other jobs for them the next week.

GREAT SERVICES!!!! Prices are pocket-friendly and they’ve also got mobile services, which means I don’t have to run from shop to shop to buy locks or other hardware. Wanted a master key system for my home and called these guys from Advanced Locksmith Service! After a quick round of questions, Mark from Advanced Locksmith Service told me that I shouldn’t opt for one. I had a tendency of losing keys which is why I wanted it in the first place. But Mark figured that I’d be putting my home’s security at risk if I end up losing the master key. I was only giving him business, and he could have easily gone ahead with the request, but he didn’t! I’m stunned beyond words! We all need an honest locksmith like Mark in our lives.

It might seem like I’m exaggerating when I say that it was a locksmith company that provided me the best customer service! Long wait times, unexpected delays, constant rescheduling, no attention to customer needs are a few things that irk me. However, Super Locksmith Services had managed to set up a seamless operational process in place that allows customers to experience superior services . Right from the dispatcher handling the phone call to the technician tackling the actual issue, these guys are total pros. These guys rushed to my spot within minutes just so I could get a copy key made. That’s a level of service I’m yet to receive from any other company in Herndon, VA.

I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock. Great honest fast locksmith service. Put a lock on for me 8 months ago, still great. I recommend to friends and they're not let down either (so I don't look bad.) Keep up the amazing work. I was blown away but the level of customer service I received from Father Son Locksmith Store. Not only did Mark call me within an hour to set up a time, he called again later to see if I wanted him to come earlier (I had asked for instillation as early as possible that day but he was booked until 3). When he arrived he showed me my options, and after we decided, he had the deadbolt installed in less than 20 minutes. He then swept the floor and charged me electronically.
