I’ve heard all about how good they were, but I just didn’t know they were this good! The technician from Little Village Locksmith Store took about ten minutes to get there and took less than five to unlock the jammed cabinet. That still left a lot of time on my hands to retrieve the files from the cabinet and prep for the presentation. Awesome work from Little Village Locksmith Store! A hectic day at work later, all I looked forward to was a good night’s sleep. But that was surely something I wasn’t entitled to as I found out a few a minutes later. Upon reaching home, I found that the lock had jammed up and I couldn’t even get into my own house. It was late and I was already tired and dreary. I must say, I had my inhibitions before hiring them, but now they’re all cleared up. I called them at 1:00 am and they didn’t even charge me a premium for after hour service. Will I call them again? If needed, then yes. Do I recommend Logan Locksmith Shop? Definitely! It barely took 10 minutes for them to work their magic on my locks! Only an hour earlier, I found myself unable to open them up and was sure that I might need a replacement. Now, I don’t know how I could make up for all the trouble I put these guys through. Perhaps, this review would be a consolation! I needed a lock change and I shifted my schedule several times. The technician from Estate Locksmith Store visited my property, waited for extended periods and when I couldn’t keep my end of the appointment, he had to visit my property again. I finally made it and apologized profusely! When I received the final bill, I expected them to charge for the visits they’ve made, but they didn’t! Thank you so much for being so patient with me!

I must admit it, these guys are amazing! After reading a slew of positive comments, I was still not convinced. But Jeff from Expert Locksmith Store changed my mind for good! He was right on time, and charged me a very reasonable rate for rekeying all the locks to respond to a master key system. I didn’t know I had to pay a pittance for phenomenal services.. Quick, courteous, professional, and at least $20 less than the other locksmith I called would've charged. Turned a bad experience -- the accidental lockout -- into a pleasant surprise. I got locked out and called Capitol Locksmith Service tonight. Took them a bit longer to arrive than expected, but they more than made up for it with some of the best customer service I've ever had in Brecksville , OH. Guys were very friendly on the phone and in person.
Scott did battle with an incredibly stubborn lock that would not give, and even made things harder for himself by not drilling out the protective plate. He could have easily have just insisted on drilling it out to make things simpler, but he worked around it. Then he took just as much time to make sure the new lock worked perfectly, even breaking out a small metal file to trim off a bit on the strike plate at one point.
Through all the frustrations he was upbeat and friendly. I would have been throwing things and cussing up a storm.
