There’s always a price to be paid in exchange for absurdly cheap services as I soon found out! After receiving an inspection notice from my insurance company, I figured that changing my locks with new ones will set the right impression. So, after a brief trip down to the hardware store, I purchased a set of new locks and had them installed myself. I was confident that I’d make it through the on-site review. It came as a shock to find out that my application got rejected. Turns out, the locks were found to be of an extremely poor quality. Couldn’t believe that my plan had backfired this way!

I had an appointment at 8 pm with Capitol Locksmith Service for lock installation on my mailbox. A few minutes before the clock struck 8, the company’s rep called me up, informing me that the technician is on his way and will be five minutes late. I mean, who does that? I was once stuck outside in stormy weather waiting for a locksmith to arrive for hours and I didn’t get as much as an apology from the local company I’d hired then. To me, this is perhaps the best customer service I’ve ever received! Needless to say, the technician got there precisely at 8:05pm and set up the new locks in no time. I just dropped them a huge thank you email and am writing this review post that!

I was about to leave on a vacation and needed a new lock on my door to ensure that I didn’t return to a burgled home. It was 2:00 am and I doubted any locksmithing firm would be open at that hour. Couldn’t be happier! John was a total pro! The guy from the local locksmith shop told me that my locks were completely hopeless and must be replaced. Just to be doubly sure, I called up John from Community Locksmith Store. He took one look at my locks, told me he could fix it, gave me a price, and started working. Within ten minutes he was done! The locks which I was most likely to have thrown away were now working in perfect order. And it’s all thanks to John who worked pure magic on them and saved me from spending on replacements. Being absolutely clueless about how this stuff works, John could have easily convinced me into buying a new lock and make some cash out of it. But he didn’t! Integrity does shine through and that’s why I’ve stuck with Community Locksmith Store for the last four years.

After a heated discussion with the directors, we finally decided to set aside a budget to revamp the security of our business premises. After being stuck in an extended office meeting, I completely forgot that I had an appointment with Jamie at 8 pm. Despite receiving no information from me, I found Jamie waiting outside my door at 8:15 pm. Such dedication!! I’m truly amazed!!! Thanks to Jamie for being so patient! He didn’t even seem bothered that I’d wasted his time..

The reviews are true - Little Village Locksmith Store are great! Called yesterday after a bad experience at the hardware store and he arrived today, installed the lock and cleaned up too! He was able to quickly access my door and what was needed to get the job done. Above all he was prompt, nice and provided excellent Locksmith Service in Leawood, MO!
LOVE General Locksmith Store ! Our bottom lock - that had been installed less than a year ago by another guy - had been sticking for months now and I figured we should get that fixed. Spotted a Living Social deal and snapped it up quick. Very easy to schedule, though they seem busy! When Edwardo arrived he was very efficient and professional. Was able to explain what was going on and what went wrong. (The previous locksmith had given us an old gnarly lock!) Replaced it, charged what was on the website, and he was off!
