I’d been away over two weeks on a trip and I returned home to find the lock on my door rusted shut! I did what I believed was the most logical thing to do at such times – I picked up a heavy rock and started hammering away. My neighbor saw what I was doing and stopped me from destroying the lock. He suggested that I call All County Locksmith Store instead who can get it fixed. Despite all the damage I’d done, John was able to fix it up in no time. Had it not been for All County Locksmith Store, I’d have probably paid for an expensive replacement and repairs! As I was driving back home, I got a call, pulled over to answer it and stepped out to speak. It was then that I realized that I hadn't taken the keys with me and was now locked out of my car. I was in the middle of nowhere and frantically called my boyfriend who handed out a locksmith's number to me. I called 908-287-5083 and told the technician where I was. With the use of state-of-the-art key cutters, what takes the guy at the local hardware shop thirty minutes, only takes these guys from Town Center Locksmith Shop less than ten. I called them up on 817-357-4968 with a request. It was 10 pm, but when I asked Parker Locksmith Store to come in, they didn’t even question me twice! The requirement I had was for a lock on my mailbox. John was there within fifteen minutes, despite the fact that I had made it clear that it was no emergency and they could take their own time. I’ve heard my colleagues rant on about how they ended up paying exorbitant fees to locksmiths during emergencies and I didn’t want to join in on that! My flight was only at 6 am and I was in no hurry. But John reassured me that there was nothing to worry about! In fact, he gave me a flat rate, asked me if I was okay with it and only then proceeded with the installation. True to his word, John didn’t charge me a penny more after he was done. There was no hidden fees, no after-hour charges and nothing over-the-top like my colleagues had claimed! Well, they obviously hadn’t met John from Parker Locksmith Store!!!

Nearly everyone was getting their locks changed to these ultra-modern ones and I had been wondering contemplating it for a while. But I wasn’t sure how well these locks would fare. So, I called Jeff from Neighborhood Locksmith Store for advice. He assessed the property and advised me against opting for it, unless my only goal was to spend a fortune for a futuristic-looking lock. The locks in place were good enough, although he did advise new locks for the windows. He could have sold me an expensive lock and made money, but instead, he offered genuine advice. And I really appreciate Jeff for it!

After being stuck in an extended office meeting, I completely forgot that I had an appointment with Jamie at 8 pm. Despite receiving no information from me, I found Jamie waiting outside my door at 8:15 pm. Such dedication!! I’m truly amazed!!! Thanks to Jamie for being so patient! He didn’t even seem bothered that I’d wasted his time..

I’ve had bad experiences in the past, but with Express Locksmith Store - I just can’t stop showering praises on them. The locksmiths I’ve hired in the past only needed an excuse to levy heavy charges on me. In fact, there was one guy who pointed out to a tiny spot of rust and told me that it needed to be replaced at once! When I lost the keys to my car’s trunk , I not only lost access to a major portion of my car but I also ended up locking office files, my laptop and a couple of other stuff. Henrry set me up with a new lock when I needed it most: Top lock stuck and main lock falling apart, and the super was supposed to have it fixed today, but never showed.
I was in a bad place and Henrry came through.
