I generally don’t write reviews but my story simply cannot be left unsaid. It was one of my regular trips back home. I work late shifts and pick up food from a local café every night. This time, however, I forgot to retrieve my car keys and it was only after I had slammed the door shut behind me did I realize what I’d just done! There wasn’t any public transportation available at that hour, and I didn’t have enough money to pay up a towing service either. The guy at the café handed out Father Son Locksmith Store’s number to me.
Had it not been for Father Son Locksmith Store, I would have probably spent the night at the café and waited for a dealership to open in the morning. INCREDIBLE SERVICE from Expert Locksmith Shop! I think the guy who came over was Jeff. Very talented and friendly. He guided me through the entire process so I would know exactly what he was doing. He stayed true to his word, and didn’t charge me a penny extra from what he'd mentioned earlier! Flat rates! Skilled technicians! Quick response ! Now, I don’t know how I could make up for all the trouble I put these guys through. Perhaps, this review would be a consolation! I needed a lock change and I shifted my schedule several times. The technician from Amber Locksmith Store visited my property, waited for extended periods and when I couldn’t keep my end of the appointment, he had to visit my property again. I finally made it and apologized profusely! When I received the final bill, I expected them to charge for the visits they’ve made, but they didn’t! Thank you so much for being so patient with me!

Eric is the best!!! He worked his magic and got the dead smart lock working again… I expected him to charge me a bomb for calling him up after business hours, but surprisingly he didn’t! Called Express Locksmith Store after the regular guy I used to hire denied service due to some reason. John is great! A professional through and through! He arrived quick, and had great recommendations for the new locks I needed installed in my premises. They had only the best products and the rates were definitely lower than what the other locksmith would have charged me! The entire job took John only about an hour. He went out of his way to explain the difference between the old and new locks and even gave me a few tips regarding their maintenance.

Thank you so much for being so responsive. After returning home from school and waiting hours for me to get back home, my son admitted that he’d lost the extra key I’d given to him. I must admit it, these guys are amazing! After reading a slew of positive comments, I was still not convinced. But Jeff from Lock & Key Store changed my mind for good! He was right on time, and charged me a very reasonable rate for rekeying all the locks to respond to a master key system. I didn’t know I had to pay a pittance for phenomenal services.. I was locked out of my condo and didn’t have a spare key. I was already freaking out, add to that a bad phone connection and what you get is the perfect recipe for a mini-meltdown! If you’re ever locked out or are in need of locksmith services urgently, I bet no one could get there as fast as Top Locksmith Services!!!!! I’ve been locked out two times (yes, it happens) and both times, I waited no longer than twenty minutes for help from Top Locksmith Services to arrive. Any other locksmith could have charged me well over $200 for providing assistance under such circumstances but paid less than $80 when I hired Top Locksmith Services. I can’t imagine how such great services could be so underpriced! Guess what? I’ve saved their number 513-494-3070 on speed dial! Who knows, I might need them a third time?! 10/10 for great response during emergencies..

Last Saturday I had a appointment with Master Lock & Key Store to replace my dead bolts on my two security gates. The technician who came to my door (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) was prompt and friendly. As promised he came within the 9-10 am window (he came exactly at 9:30am). He had a great rapport, chatting me up about my dogs which was nice. He was friendly and had great customer service! When the new lock on one of the security gates interfered with the lock on the door, he made sure that all the locks were functioning properly and made sure all the holes were aligned so everything fit perfectly. He explained the bill to me which was just as expected. He was efficient and got the job done right! Would use them again in a heartbeat! The best Locksmith Company in Cypress, CA.
