Rude Employees and Bad Customer Service

I have been here a few times but yesterday and today was the worst! Christy was extremely rude and obnoxious. She does not know how to be polite, and has the worst attitude! If Christy hates her life and job that much she should quit, but instead she comes to work miserable because she has a pathetic life obviously. The main issue is that I placed an order for food and it was extremely hard and not edible. When I took this issue up with Judy she promised to give me the SAME order for free the next day. However, she lied about that and her boss also did not take responsibility for the POOR quality of food that was given out. To make matters worse when I asked about the free order that was promised to me by Judy she tried to charge me for it and acted ditzy like she didn't know what was going on! But what was more annoying was that stupid Christy first answered the phone acting like a complete b*tch! Beware of this location! Food quality is bad and the customer service is worse!
