clean, newly renovated, and it didnt seem to have any issues. When we were moving into the one we were assigned at the end of january. We were under the impression that this town home was like the one shown, that was not the case. Our kitchen is infested with different kinds of bugs, we have found cockroaches in our bathroom, the carpet smelled of really dirty feet, our keurig ended up having to be tossed due to bugs housing inside of it, and the flooring turned your feet black. The dishwasher doesn't work and maintenance never took care of it. I have read reviews where maintenance is pretty bad about getting the job done. I'd have to agree.
