John was just great. He was on time even called 5 mins before to let me know he was parking nearby. He was reasonable and since I payed cash I got an even better deal! PLUS he was professional and funny and even gave me a complimentary coffee mug. Lastly, the name of the company is Gold Locksmith Store to reference 301-804-9441.
After reading all the 5 star reviews online I figured I would give these guys a call but I was STILL skeptical because the company seemed too good to be true. Well... yelpers had it right all along. Gorge called me the morning after I wrote in on the website late the night before. Since my problem wasn't dire (I just had crappy locks) he arranged to come the next day and he was super professional, super personable and very straightforward. He looked at the locks, listened to the problems I was having, suggested a solution with the prices I already knew from the website and in 20 minutes I had an awesome new lock and doorknob installed by someone I felt cared about doing a good job. Gorge even told my boyfriend what kind of maintenance could be needed in the future to make sure the doorknob continues to work properly. I wish all repairs could be this easy and not sketchy. If you will need a Locksmith in Pico Rivera , CA CALL THEM Lock & Key Shop know what they doing!!!!

Had to update this - a couple nights after Mike fixed the cylinder lock, I had trouble getting in (turns out my door and inside lock needed to be replaced). I called Mike to see if he could assist. I was eventually able to get myself in, but Mike still insisted on coming by to see if there was any further adjustments he could make.
He eventually replaced the entire inside lock with a spare (which he didnt' have to do), made some adjustments to how the lock hits my door frame and didn't charge me anything for his time in doing this. Let me stress that Mike had already fixed the cylinder lock the first time; this extra work was his awesome and generous service in full effect.
I cannot remember the last time I had service this great. Capitol Locksmith Service is the BEST Locksmith Company in Brecksville , OH!!!!

I've heard horror stories about locksmith's but these guys broke that mold.

Friendly. Fast. Efficient. Inexpensive Locksmith Company. Didn't catch the persons name at the end of the other line. However they were nice enough to pencil me in last minute. Was expecting them to arrive around 7pm but came around 4:30pm. Talk about quick turnaround. Within 30 minutes, everything was replaced and paid for. Thanks Scott for the install. Mike was very pleasant, on time, and got the job done in about 15 minutes! i couldn't recomend these guys enough!!!
I moved in to a walkup from a doorman elevator buildling, and i needed the cylinder of my top lock changed, i opted for the high security lock (I wasn't pressure at all to spend the extra money on one of these) and i'm happy i did! Mike did a great job and even gave us a discount on it! hopefully i wont ever get locked out, but if i do, or need anything from a locksmith, i'll be sure to call City Locksmith Services !
