Father & Son Locksmith came to my rescue (for the 3rd time) after my bike’s lock had jammed up. Jacob got there in less than 20 minutes and fixed the issue. He even passed on information on a new lock that would prevent the problem from recurring. Will take his advice and get it installed the next week. Thank you guys! Ben is quick and professional. Doesn't ask any extra questions or pry, which made me feel comfortable. This is really how you want a locksmith securing your home to act, isn't it? Total opposite of the overly solicitous manager of my apartment who gives off a total creepy vibe... and necessitating the lock in the first place. Everything the rest of the Online say is true, which is why I called these guys. They are simply the best - reasonably priced, professional, speedy.
It was 1 am on a Sunday night, my date and I were coming home from a show in Los Angeles, CA , and my keys were sitting on my kitchen table. Oops. Called _Company Nmae> and Ben showed up in a half hour (I'm not joking - we hadn't even finished our beers at the dive bar on the corner.)
He was professional, not creepy, and didn't make me feel stupid for locking my keys out. I live in a building with really tricky doors, and although luckily a neighbor buzzed me in downstairs, Ben was willing to try the outer doors (even though they were likely impossible.) He got my into my apartment in no time.
