I recently contacted All Day Locksmith Service about replacing some locks in my office. After setting a time of 3pm, Max contacted me by text message to let me know he was nearby and was available to meet a little earlier. Right off the bat I was impressed by how professional and considerate he was of my time.
Once at our office, Max did an assessment on our locks and gave us very solid advice on the best replacement options. We set a follow up appointment for the next morning and he arrived promptly at 11am to start the job. Max replaced 3 locks in under an hour and was kind enough to go over the keys and how each of the locks were installed for the best and safest usage. there's obviously nothing cool about locking yourself out (or "in" in my case) of your apartment, but after hearing so many people sing Dave praises, i was secretly excited to have to call on him to help me out. i was attempting to leave my apartment on saturday morning only to discover that my doorknob wouldn't turn and i was locked inside of my apartment. neat. Dave was there quickly and knew exactly what the problem was. he swapped out an old part, told me a couple funny stories and then was on his way. everyone in nyc should have his number saved in their phone since it's only a matter of time before any one of us will need him and it's so nice to have a reliable go-to for something like this. This is such a courteous and professional operation that has some of the best prices my hubby and I have seen in the city when it comes to emergency situations. We were lucky and had Gorge come to our rescue. What a sweet, courteous and considerate individual. He humored us with the type of lock we needed and re-keyed them to try and save us additional money. I always like working with a small business who is looking out for its customers. I'm hoping we dont get locked "in" again but if we do, these will be our go to peeps.

We needed a deadbolt installed from scratch on a hollow metal door and metal frame and after looking around with no luck to have someone install the thing, Dave was all ""no problem"" and quoted a very fair price, So we go with Lock & Locksmith Services.
He banged it out in no time at all and was such a sweet guy (and a cutie) that I was a little bummed he was done so quickly. We have a dog who is kind of a pest (read: a really mouthy little pest...lol) and most strangers who come by to do work in our house find him at least mildly annoying (with good reason.) But not Dave. He was absolutely darling to him and took out his phone to show me a pic of his own super adorable furry bundle of joy.
