And while I might just be adding on to the humongous pile of praises and appreciation they’ve already received, it’s only right to share my incredible experience with them.\n\nI needed a spare key. We had one-of-a-kind metal doors guarding the street entrance to our building. There was a problem with the door locks which refused to lock due to a misalignment. I found General Locksmith Store via Online and I figured the multiple five-star reviews had to be accurate (which was certainly the case). Both of our locks needed some work, and we were in contact with Jacob several times while deciding on various options. Jacob is super-friendly and he arrived very promptly on both occasions (he had to check out the problem initially). The ignition cylinder in my car was broken and wouldn't turn, preventing it from starting. After calling around, Paul by far sounded the most friendly & knowledgable, so I decided to give them try. James came in a short amount of time and was finished working in under an hour. He even had a great sense of humor and had me laughing while he worked. I was locked out of my apartment this weekend and called Little Village Locksmith Store. They arrived within 5 minutes of when he said he would, was friendly, easy going and helpful. He opened my doors in a timely fashion and gave me a discount because he was already in the area. I would absolutely recommend him for any lock needs.

I needed a lock swapped out, I put in a request for a quote online and got a pretty quick response, John pinged me right away and scheduled a time to get the work done. When they ran late, I was updated periodically via their blackberry. I wish UPS and cable were so diligent.
They analyzed my old lock and door, made recommendations and gave me an option. The work is solid and great service.
I have to concur with all the other positive reviews. I inquired online with three locksmiths on a lazy sunday because I was not really in a rush. Neighborhood Locksmith not only responded in 15 minutes with an exact quote but he arrived on time for my appointment the next day and got me back into my mailbox. I still haven't heard a peep from the other two. Great, quick and professional service.
