After being lied to at the Frisco location, I found the car I wanted at the Irving location. Went to have a preliminary discussion, was very clear I had only an hour. Nearly 3 hours later, they are pressing me to sign paperwork, leave my car and drive off in a new vehicle. I ended up walking out. They apologized and offered me a free 3-year maintenance agreement and some other items that made it worth going back the next day to buy the car. Then I found out I actually paid for the maintenance program, not them. And it was not the "full coverage" they'd described - it is oil changes only. So I'm paying $700 + financing charges for some oil changes. These people are liars through and through. I may buy a Honda again, but it won't be from these shysters.
