Was very helpful and quick onsite. Jeffrey had everything he needed to get me back into my car with him when he arrived. I will definitely Metro Master Locksmith services in the future since I know I will lock my keys in my car again.
Ben is quick and professional. Doesn't ask any extra questions or pry, which made me feel comfortable. This is really how you want a locksmith securing your home to act, isn't it? Total opposite of the overly solicitous manager of my apartment who gives off a total creepy vibe... and necessitating the lock in the first place. Locked my keys in my apartment and was afraid I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg to get inside. Mike called me back so quickly and worked with my busy schedule to get me back into my apartment. Once he arrived he was in my apartment in under 5 minutes and his prices are incredible. I can't recommend these Gold Locksmith Store ! I locked myself and my dog out on a cold day. was prompt, friendly, and really went above and beyond. He even changed a light bulb that I couldn't reach while he was here. I hope I don't need a locksmith again, but if I do, I wouldn't call anyone else. Thank you Gold Locksmith Store !!

We just moved to Levittown, PA and need to get a new lock for our place. So we scheduled an appointment on Saturday with Jeffy. He shows up on time asked us to pick a lock we want and starts working on it. Everything went smoothly and he finishes within 30 mins. Right after, we went out.
Come 1 o'clock in the morning we come back home and we can not open the door. Called Jaffrey and did a quick Q&A then said he would be on his way. Come 20 mins later he's in Levittown, PA to work on my lock. He finally got in, and finds out that the the key frame on the door was a hack job that's why it was interfering with the lock.
I was blown away but the level of customer service I received from Lock & Locksmith Services. Not only did Mark call me within an hour to set up a time, he called again later to see if I wanted him to come earlier (I had asked for instillation as early as possible that day but he was booked until 3). When he arrived he showed me my options, and after we decided, he had the deadbolt installed in less than 20 minutes. He then swept the floor and charged me electronically. Overall, he was in and out in less than 30 minutes and now I feel a lot safer in the apt!Great Locksmith Company.
OMFG... thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! literally turned what could have been a mini meltdown and a horrible day into sunshine and butterflies. The guy who came to help me out from Royal Locksmith Store only left me waiting like 20 minutes even though when I called he was on the UES. He was so nice and popped the door open in a jiffy for a flat rate of... wait for it... 49 bucks. that's kind of amazing. he even fixed my door so that I never automatically get locked out again. Huzzah!!!

The problem I had with my door lock wasn't something they could fix, unfortunately, but the responsiveness, the flexibility with scheduling, and the recommendations they offered were all very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for work that I needed. Very professional.
