They listed a king sized quilt for $32. That was a great price, so I emailed them to confirm the item & price. They said it was definitely correct. I ordered the quilt, and they sent a pillow sham, no quilt.
I emailed them about it, and they said I had to show photos as proof, which I did. They apologized, said they'd send the quilt ASAP, and suggested I should donate the sham (great idea!).
Many days later, they emailed me, telling me I had to pay an additional $220 to get my quilt. I told them they already confirmed the item & price. They eventually replied, saying it was a website error, not their fault. Then they said I had to return the sham--the one they told me to donate, or else they wouldn't refund my money. Subsequent emails went unanswered.
As of today (Oct 26 2015), they're still listing the exact same item at the exact same price, and they have no intention of honoring it.
