Andre came by unprepared and did not have all of his equipment. His first quote was $165 for 3 locks. He proceeded to do the work but did not contact when he discovered that the work was going to exheed the quote - final charge $441. Called him on the phone after payment by my spouse who was unaware of the previous quote and he got defensive, stating that he had to spend more time than had planned (due to his lack of preparation). Bad business practice to give a quote and then double that cost without letting your client know until the final bill. Unprofessional to use your lack of prep to justify cost and highway robbery to use locks that cost $20 at local hardware store but charge $75. Terrible business that does not give an honest quote and terrible customer service when you call to express dissatisfaction. BEWARE!
