This shop did several jobs for us at a distance, receiving files by email and sending the product Fedex. They went to whatever lengths required to get it right, they accomplished very fast turnaround, they're able to do very good custom short runs like biz cards or short run brochures in addition to the bigger stuff. My business impression: this shop creates loyal customers by getting it right. I've never felt so pampered with a print job in my life. They just care. And the price was right. Can't lose!
