Please Don't

Please be careful when using Metro as a charter service, if at all possible don’t!!! I am a local pastor here in Orlando, Fl. and my church contracted with Metro Transportation to provide service to Charlotte NC, for a church conference which we actually just returned from today. The trip started off with what would be a horrible experience. The bus was suppose to pick us up Monday morning at 3:45am, it was almost 30 minutes late with no courtesy call. I left a message for Omar the manager of the company with no return call. They had sent an email earlier that day telling me to call dispatch with any problems, what they failed to tell me was that dispatch goes home at 11pm, so no one answered, nor did anyone call me back once they got in that morning. Upon arrival we boarded one of the filthiest buses I had ever been on. The bus smelled, the windows were so dirty you could barely see out of them and the outside looked as though the bus hadn’t been washed in weeks. Upon arriving in NC, the bus began to have mechanical problems in addition the bus began to leak water from the ceiling wetting up the passengers on the bus. The return trip to Orlando was nightmarish, the bus rear tire went out. we spent almost 3 hours in Georgia waiting for the driver to find a tire to replace it with. Once the tire was fixed and we got on I95, the side panel flew open and would not close, so the driver had to drive in the far right lane so as not to get a ticket or hit other cars because the panel was open and extended into the other lane. The bad part of all this is when I finally reached Omar, he was rude augmentative and his attitude reeked of arrogance. If at all possible avoid this company!
