I as the owner went to the scene the truck that was towed from it was aprox 150 feet behind the house from the road .I backed in a driveway along the side of the house. a path cover with gravel that the customer calls the yard. A estimate was given for a load and tow. No winching. The truck was winched over 100 ft to the carrier. That and the 6 extra miles is why the bill was higher. But for the matter of telling no body about it bein there. I gave the keys to the service writer at the dealer. But because of our great customer service we refunded the overage took a cussing and through it all kept a smile. But Ron M didnt mention that.
