We used James Spada for our wedding at Cafe Brauer in May 2005. He actually came recommended from Cafe Brauer and our caterer. When we first meet him it was at a studio in Ravenswood. He seemed like a nice guy. He showed up on our wedding day with another guy to do the video. After the wedding, things started to get shady. we had to drive to his house in Elgin, I believe, to pick up the proofs bc he apparently did not have the studio in Chicago any more. Then from there it was a struggle to get a response regarding our wedding album and video. Excuse after excuse! I got my Dad involved and contacted the BBB. Finally after a year of hounding him, we got our album and video. The picture album was sub-par at best.. Some of the pics were blurry. The video was not that great either! The speeches were not included... All around bad quality. But at least I got something, sounds like others were not as lucky! So sad because that is one of the best days of your life!
