At first all went well Justin showed up and took the tree down in April, I even left great reviews. Justin promised he would come back and cut up the huge tree laying across our back yard. After numerous calls and texts he finally showed up in July and cut the huge tree into huge pieces that were to heavy and large to move.Justin promised he would come back within a week with a Bobcat and remove the huge pieces of tree, and grind the stump, he even took money from our neighbors to grind a stump in their yard. Justin never came back and never returned calls. In September we told Justin to return the money, he NEVER returned the money. DO NOT trust Justin, he is a liar and he will not fulfill his promises. I'm sorry I gave him a great review because it looks like he did the same thing to others as he did to us.

After my first review I now understand why they have so many bad reviews! Three no shows, called twice to reschedule but now will not answer the phone. It goes right to voice mail. I would not waste your time with this so called company! They will not deliver, will not answer your calls and they do not know what they are doing. Yesenia saw the tree three times, then she had 4 people show up who saw the same tree and they told her and us they cannot remove the tree. Yeseina lied and said the 4 poeple that were here had to leave because something came up, she then said she would have someone else come out with 3 people to take care of it, but they never showed up. We have wasted 4 weeks waiting for the poeple to come take down the tree, but again no shows and now they will not answer their phone! All around bad service, seriously don't waste your time!
