Difficult to Deal with, Rude, Low Class

Office is is a very bad neighborhood. Office staff is rude and condescending, and inflexible regarding rent payment timing. Will not consider amending due date to fit into military pay schedule. Property is poorly maintained, and not to code. Maintenance hours are very limited, and service is not available during weekends or holidays. I was without functioning kitchen sink for several days over Thanksgiving holiday. Heat went out this winter over weekend, and was not repaired until Monday morning.
