I had them order a part for me, and they said that they would call when it arrived. The I called a week later, and they mentioned that the part had not arrived. Then after not hearing anything I called them, and left a message. Then I called again today, and was told that the part was sent back. They stated that I was suppose to have dropped my car off while I was out of town. This was not the agreed upon. The owner told me that I was out of luck, that I would have to buy the part and they would install it. I stated that that wasn't enough, and he told me not to mess with him. He used some inappropriate language. I asked if it was a threat which he stated yes. He said that He knew where I lived and my tag number, and that I shouldn't mess with him. This is the worst experience with a mechanic that I have ever known of. If I had to put less stars on this review I would.
