I just wanted to write and let you know how amazing your staff was last night. They were all so great to work with. Gio was an unbelievably wonderful banquet captain. He was totally organized to a "T" and you can tell his crew really respects him. Bob did an awesome job bar-tending; he is fun spirited and very professional. Gio paid close attention to every detail without fail and the bride and groom were overjoyed with his service and meticulous manner. The bride and groom as well as guests could not say enough how delicious the food was! I look forward to working with all of them again in the near future. I also want to say to you Rhonda how much I appreciate your attention to detail and how wonderful you were about the last minute changes, even when I called you the day before in LA, you were awesome!! Ranch Events & Catering is by far the best in this industry and my new favourite as a coordinator!!
