The rating for Starheel showed up as 5. That is completely wrong. It is less than 1 star.

6 years ago I started to use Starheel Properties for my rentals in Calabash and all went smooth. The services excellent. I was very happy and pleased. Suddenly starting in 2013 things changed for the worse. Phone call are not returned, emails are not replied to, nothing. With new people came unprofessionalism and not caring, bad service, inadequate customer service. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept going. It was like pulling teeth. Never had to deal with such unprofessional people. Tried it again in 2015 and simply had to give up. What can you do if people don't care, if they don't reply? Nothing, but go on with my life and find others that do provide great customer service and reply to phone calls and emails and book rentals. Sad that Starheel has become such a negative name. Hope they will take action and change it. I likely will not come back as a client and I expect many to also leave.
