DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SERVICE!
Very unprofessional. They claim to have scheduled my appointment on a day that I know I would be unavailable. The date that they scheduled me I traveled an hour and a half to the laser hair removal location.... to only find that they gave me the wrong address! Spent FOUR HOURS driving around OKC, eventually finding the so called location where they give treatments and they did not even have signs up to identify the business. They are awful at communication: bad at returning calls, not apologetic for the inconvenience they put me in. Do not give them your business, you are wasting your time and money. Bodytrends should not be in business.
