niemila obsluga. dyrektorka nigdy nie zadzwonila mimo prosby. powiedziano ze nie ma mozliwosci kontaktu z dyrektorem: nie ma godzin kiedy jest w biurze i nie ma kontaktu telefonicznego.

My daughter went there only for 2 days then she god sick so she had to stay home the following days. She is also very difficult with meals - very picky eater- and when I asked the staff how was she eating for the day I did not get an answer. On the second day when I dropped my daughter at this daycare she started crying so I was trying to calm her down and one of the staff members who calls herself "supervisor" told me that I had to say terrible things to my baby about this place because she was not crying when I left her there on the 1st day. That was already very rude and inappropriate but at this time I did not say anything. I decided that she is too small and not ready for day care yet. When i asked if i can have deposit money back( $200) since she only attended there 2 day which I paid for ( I also paid $50 registration fee) I was told by the "supervisor" that this is not possible since we did not give 2 weeks notice, however our baby stayed there only two days and we paid for that. We were told that the owner will call us in few days so we could discuss this matter further. This lady did not call for whole week and when I inquired the "supervisor" about the owner not calling us she stated that there is nothing that she wanted to talk to us about. Then when I asked for contact info I was told that there is not a phone number or office hours that we could contact that person. Based on all of that I do not recommend this place to anyone. There are rules and regulations but if you are the fair and sincere person you would give back money knowing the circumstances.
