i've been using this company for a couple years now to do my personal taxes. I do NOT....i repeat DO NOT recommend their services. i have given them chances time and time again to get my stuff done on time with minimal hassle but it never happens this way!!! I have to constantly call to try to get a status on my taxes and she is never available or as Clientva said...ALWAYS out sick or with personal issues. When she is there she is in a "meeting" and will call me back which never ever happens. In searching for her website to leave a review(which they don't have...strange nowadays?!) I find her name coming up on recent court docket files!!! Now this could mean anything...being sued, suing someone, leans. etc. .....But wait for it..... she was on these dockets for EMBEZZLEMENT CHARGES!!!!!!!!! Seriously????? Not only was this woman being charged with it BUT she was found GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY of EMBEZZLING!!!!!!! How is this woman still able to do peoples taxes and touch their information? How is this company still in business???? Someone please explain this to me.......
