We purchased a new washing machine 07/14/14. It broke in the middle of the second load full of water on 07/30/14. Called the manufacturer for warranty service and Kerntz Appliance was the only option in the area. Numerous appointments--usually grumpy or annoyed. Zero initiative. Zero progress. Zero follow-up or status updates. The last (of several) service calls was on 09/27/14, the machine was taken apart and he left! The electronic controls (mother board) were left laying on top of the washing machine along with all the screws, etc. Kerntz Appliance was NEVER HEARD FROM AGAIN. The machine has been unusable since that second load of laundry. It's been 4+ months and still I am unable to use my washing machine. The manufacture (Maytag) is no help either! ZERO stars here for service.
