I have purchased more than one-hundred sets of your lights over a number of years. You make some of the worst products money can buy; if your stuff wasn't so cheap and I could find others I would never buy your stuff.
PLEASE make these things last longer, PLEASE reduce the amount of waste products (plastic backing trays, etc.) that you use for packaging. You really shoud be ashamed of how you cheat people and ruin the environment.
