Our daughter has been going to Rebound West for over 3 years and finally we had enough and decided to pull her out. Yes, there were inconveniences of having to wait for her in a hot and uncomfortable room, no WIFI for parents trying to work while waiting, unlike other sports venue nearby (check out Scottsdale Martial Arts Academy). The front desk manager is rude and unpleasant to deal with, but we glanced over all that. In spite of our daughter liking gymnastics very much, what made us leave was constant churn of trainers, no one knew what level our daughter should be at, what skills she had learned or was lacking. Cancelled classes because of lack of attendance and just lack of progress in the last year. We would not recommend this school to anyone, it doesn’t have its focus on the sports, capturing and retaining good and consistent trainer personnel, not to mention customer service.
