Hands down the worst buying experience imaginable. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Nothing happened the way Jason in sales told me. The lift was 2 weeks late on delivery and when it arrived cost ma another $2,000 in repairs to even get it to work. Jason promised me a wonderful great running machine for almost $15,000 and I believed him. Then it did not ship as scheduled, when it did arrive it was a total mess as the trucker could not unload the lift. After several hours of scrambling I paid another company to get the lift off the truck for me only to find it had shipped through a blizzard and was a complete mess. Even more disappointed when it barely ran. Called Jason and he was no help saying too far for him to come work on it and to find someone local. Once I found a mechanic I am now told Discount Forklift Brokers will take no responsibility for the cost of repairs. lastly, when asking for greater professionalism I am now feeling threatened

Despite 2 other people being copied on his e-mails within his company no one seems to care that a customer is being treated unfairly and even threatened. Hope I can get a news channel to investigate their operations and wonder how many others have lost tons of cash to these guys.
