To be more specific never deal with Tony at the Glenway Avenue location. He will not place your order right which will effect the timeliness of the job being done. When he is confronted with this, he will be arrogant, defensive, and pushy. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. There is no communication between the "sales people", installers, customer service, and accounting departments. Be prepared to be transferred, placed on hold, and transferred again all to never get the answers you need. Go with the tried, true, and trusted Bluford Jackson for you hardwood flooring needs.
