THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR

I was finally awaken this morning by several unexpected rings to my doorbell. Prior to that I could hear obnoxious laughter between these guys and Beverly the neighbor who they had come to work for. The time was around 7 am. When I finally got out of my bed and properly covered myself to answer the door I saw a skinny bald white man who asked:

man:"Is that your van?"
me: "that van belongs to someone who lives here"
man: "You need to move your van because we're about to start working here"
me: "the owner of the van is not here and I don't have the key"
man: "well, we're gonna have to move your van"
me: "well how are you going to move our car and why didn't we receive prior notice before this? what is this? How will you move our car"
man: *shrugs* I dunno, we have our ways.

He then turned and walked away at which time I went and woke someone else up to ask if they had the key. They woke up and moved the van. I called their office and when someone finally answered after several attempts, the incompetent female that picked up the phone did not even apolgise. All she said was well I don't know what to tell you, 7am is not that early. I asked her if that was all she had to say and she said there was nothing else that she could tell me.

To make matters worse the female informed me that the supervisor is with the workers, so for all I know the supervisor was the one who came to my door.

This practice is UNACCEPTABLE and illegal to just move people's car as they feel, especially after they have blocked the road and all parking spaces are full...I was disrespected and after I left I heard the workers laughing. They need to abide by the LAW. They have NO AUTHORITY TO MOVE PEOPLES VEHICLES AS THEY PLEASE NOT DO THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO COME TO PEOPLE DOORS AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY AND MAKE THREATS.
