When ever is time to fix stuff in your place this will take forever and they will lie to you quick! As many rules they want the tenants to obey they should have stuff fix and the price ain't cheap. Go somewhere else and make your money worth. My ac is been broke a month ago and they still haven't fix it they keep on tell us lies .especially Barbara she will tell you they going to fix stuff that is broke but forget it. Don't go through this
