Joe and wife shows up over 1 hr late for the appointment, no courtesy call. Joe spent 3 hrs repairing the speedometer, which he said would only take an hour. I paid Joe $150 in cash. Joe gave me a receipt and showed me the warranty information. Speedometer is the same as before Joe worked on it. I called Joe twice and left voicemail messages. Finally he called back and sets up an appointment to repair. Then breaks the appointment. I stated that I wanted my money back. Wife text me stating it would take 3 days for her to move funds around. Then she texted that before she returns the money, she would have to mail me their "Return Policy". I texted her my address and stated that I expect a full refund. Wife then texted that Joe would have to inspect the vehicle before the money was returned. I gave her my schedule and stated Joe was welcome to inspect ANY day. TO DATE: I have NOT received the Return Policy, a refund, a text, telephone call, or an inspection. Speedometer still doesn't work.
