I had just finished college and needed someone to move all my belongings from my parents house into my apartment, but it would not all fit so i needed storage also. I called this comany and they gave me reasonable prices. towards the end of the move when items were unloaded into my apartment, there was an item that was missing. The owner gave me a free month of storage. the next day i had found the missing item (it got packed away somewhere else). so i called to let them know and they still let me keep the free month of storage.
