I must add I have also witnessed clients being very rude and disrespectful to staff when they are unable to get what they want immediately. This mental health group never denies me and my son appointment and I have received great support because of this. I think it is very fair to give this group the credit deserved for carrying out its mission to help others get better in my community. There are bigger issues to figure out, like Why doesn't other psychiatrist and therapist accept Medicare and Medicaid in Johnston County?

I was appalled to read the negative review written. As a patient seen here with a child suffering from Severe mental illness I have struggled in the past with finding a psychiatrist and Therapist to accept our Medicaid insurance in Johnston County, NC. Essential Supportive Service accepts my insurance and has worked very hard to fill in the gap and ensure there are doctors available to treat my son. I have always observed a very professional staff that is willing to support the needs of me and my son.
