HORRIBLE SERVICE

Scotts Heating and Cooling cares NOTHING about your comfort or health. My friend has been waiting over a month for a part to come in that is under warranty!! They do not return calls or communicate. Her husband has COPD and his health is at acute risk due to the rising temperatures and in ability to even open a window due to the pollen that could contribute to an exacerbation. After a month of trying to get the part, they finally come out to fix it and realize there is ANOTHER part that needs to be replaced...what now? another month? He will be in the hospital by then..They have not called to discuss the ongoing issue, apologize, or offer to provide an alternate like hotel or even a window unit for goodness sake! I ahev advised her to seek an attorney. If this is how they treat their customers, it's a wonder they are still in business. I will make it my personal mission that EVERYONE in Greenwood SC knows about their poor service
