the owner's son is the most hostile, unpleasant, unfriendly, unprofessional person we have ever encountered! his girlfriend usually always accompanies him to keep him in line with customers, no wonder, he is a real tool! the wait time was 2 1/2 hrs AFTER being told someone would pick up in 15 minutes, I called several times and still was told 15-20 minutes, then yelled at that I had an attitude! you can not lie to customers and still expect them to be ok with that? would have just been simpler had you said, "my driver is unavailable right now but if you can wait, I will contact you as soon as he is available"! done! you just lost some customers and I would strongly suggest training your staff on common courtesy and PROFESSONALISM!!!!! by the way, clean up your vehicles and stop letting staff smoke in the vans while transporting people!!!
