Horrible Experience at American Tattoo Co.--DON'T BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM!!!

I had the worst experience at this shop! Mel is a tattoo artist and permanent tech. She is a horrible artist. She says she knows what she is doing, she is suppose to a permanent make-up tech and she might be ,but she needs a lot more practice and I hope you are not her next victim!!!!. I had my eyebrows tattooed on by her in March 2014 and it looked like a 2 year old did them with a marker. She charged me $400 with is very high priced, I have since then called several places that do them and prices range around $275-$300. She had done a couple of tattoos for me so I trusted her to do my permanent make-up. While she was doing them I kept asking her if they were going to look natural, of course she had assured me that they would. After 5 days and they finally healed, I had realized that the way they were put on the look of the hairs were pointed straight up to my forehead!! I freaked out. I made an appointment with another permanent make-up place and had them fixed. Cost me another $300. I called the owner of American Tattoo Co., a guy named Shane and he said that he would speak to her about it but no matter what I was a good customer and he would make sure he would make this right for me. Well... He is a liar and he took her side and told me that they looked fine. I have pics I am willing to share with anyone of how horrible of a job she did on me before you go waste your money and have this company do work on you body that is permanent and costly to fix.
