I am getting double billing fronm them. They told me state law required me to drug test every month @ 650 a test, which is a lie. I never saw a physician and when I requested other methods of pain management besides opiates, they told me they don't know how to those protocols. I have been billed for visits on days I wasn't even in their clinic. BEWARE OF THESE QUACKS and their illegal billing practices!
