My Husband and I have been searching for a home for a few months now. I have sent emails to many manufactured home lots around Idaho and Oregon. I have received replies from many but never heard a reply from Advanced Home/Champion Homes/ Factory Home outlet. There is a pretty good firewall at the school I work at so I figured this was why I had no response. I received a phone call from James who works at Advanced homes accusing me of being a high school student and wasting his time. He threatened to call the cops on me if I didn't stop inquiring about homes. When I called him back to let him know that I was an interested home buyer but would no longer be interested in buying a home from him due to his rude voice mail he hung up on me. My husband tried to call him back to explain that we were real home buyers and James then told him if we called again he would turn us into the police for harassment. The customer service we received is by far the worst I have ever encountered and we will be taking our business elsewhere. I would not suggest going through Advanced Homes in Idaho Falls.
