I placed an order midday Friday, 2/28/14 for same day delivery and my mother did not get her birthday gift ON her birthday. Instead, we were told the driver left and delivery would be the next day, 3/1. At 5:30 we called to check delivery and was told the store "could not find the driver" and delivery would be MONDAY 3/3. This is the most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard, and the 4th time I was disappointed by this location. I am done with Edible Arrangements and this was my LAST order! This is the last time time the will be disappointing my elderly parents for their special occasions! This franchise should be ashamed of themselves!!!
