Awards and Trophies needs to invest in a phone skills workshop for its employees. It would teach them how to inquire what the customer needs without expressing tones of anger, distaste, and contempt at new business. Awards and Trophies lost business today because their employee couldn't talk with me about the job I wanted to bring them. Instead the employee was short, and easily angered when I asked additional questions about a business i know nothing about.
