They failed to mention a policy, the small sized, poorly placed signs “no checks” I were not seen late Saturday afternoon. I do not use debit or charge. The manager threatened to keep my sick cat until I paid. I She was belligerent, obnoxious and would not allow me to speak at all by talking over me. She did not hear me say I would bring cash on Monday.
She brought out my sick cat, literally dropped him on the metal table and said, “get out and never come back here again”. No medication the Vet ordered, no taking responsibility for Staff not telling new clients cash only.
I attempted twice to discuss this with the (Vet) owner but apparently he could care less. He failed to phone himself, had the same manager call who hotly told me it was “inappropriate” for me to hand deliver a complaint (sealed envelope) to his son at home. She also spat, “Let me give you some advise….” Where as, I hung up. As an RN, I do not take advise from unprofessional person.
A week ago my maintenance required light came on away from the town I now live in. I asked Monroe Goodyear (owned by Bill Johnson - same address) if they could see a reason for it. I had just had my car serviced and new water pump put on. They told me that three of the four struts were leaking $1000.00. The charged $107.00 for the 15 minute “look”. I have a 2007 Toyota Camry, with only 49,000 miles on it. I am an older woman, the original owner of the car and do not lend my car out to anyone. My mechanic where I live now looked at the car Friday. He said the struts were fine. I got a second opinion - the tie breaker from the mechanic I had for 10 years before I moved. NOTHING WRONG WITH THE STRUTS ! Two certified, highly rated businesses BOTH told me my struts are NOT leaking. BEWARE of what a business tells you and which employee posts positives! GET A SECOND OPINION ELSEWHERE.

My food has always been (for the most part) great and not lukewarm, like some fast food places serve. Although my last Jr. Jack had the lettuce spine on it and not the lettuce. Usually they are good, however next time I will ask for lettuce and not the spine of the plant.
Nothing fancy, but we enjoyed it for a fast, friendly meal. Pretty decent menu choices; every one should be able to find something they like.
I have usually liked Old Country Buffet but the last visit was a 2.0 at best. The trays were not changed as often as needed to keep food hot, and the green beans were made a different way (verified by staff) that made them taste horribly water-logged and tasteless ! I do NOT eat GMO corn or potatoes so this was my only option that night for hot vegetables. Disappointed. If this is what I get next time I will NOT go back.
No longer worth eating at Subway now. Increase in prices and slacking off on the amount of items they put on their bread.
National news announced a few months back that KFC now imports all of their chicken from China. It was bad enough when they switched their "honey" to "honey flavored" high fructose corn syrup but I will not eat chicken shipped from China !

Loved my visit there, plan to return. The staff bent over backwards to make sure I was able to get a topping for my pancakes that did NOT have high fructose corn syrup in it. Great restaurant with reasonable prices.
Even with the coupon the food in this chain restaurant is way overpriced for the quality you get. Go to a better restaurant and get your money's worth with quality beef.
I like this one best of all the PM's in Puyallup. They are consistently good, as opposed to the one by Fred Meyer on River Rd.
After a along day I walking into the store 15 minutes before closing to order a pizza to take home (had not had supper) and the person behind the counter to me it was too late, they were closed.
The door was unlocked, the sign claimed they were open for 15 more minutes. ???? (This was a few months ago)

The menu when I was there did not offer a large choice of items, and it was much higher priced than other smaller Italian restaurants I have been to in Snohomish county.
Parking is limited.
I would pay the price for REAL Italian food, but American Italian is not worth it to me personally.
For the price it is a good place. I am not much into really greasy food but if you don't mind it you will like the offerings here.
Mostly blacktop, not as green as the photos show Poorly constructed. One maintenance man who is a "jack of all trades, master at none". Cheap carpeting and imitation Pergo floors that obviosly were not installed properly (no glue between pieces so they are beginning to warp). Cheap plumbing fixtures and appliances. Only ONE shelf in the kitchen cabinets, etc. LUXURY? Hardly. OVERPRICED is more accurate.
