I ordered a bouquet from edible arrangements for my sister's birthday. She called to confirm the delivery date and left instructions to leave the arrangement at the door because her neighbor would secure the bouquet. They offered a different date and she told them no. They never delivered her gift so I called the customer support number after several failed attempts at reaching the store. They contacted the owner of this store and she finally called me and argued with me, telling me a completely different story, when I corrected the story, she continued to argue with me and all but called me and my sister's liars. She also leery me know how frustrated she was too have corporate office being called. She got super rude and finally just said "fine, I'll just cancel the delivery and refund your money" . After checking to make sure my sister understood my utter disgust with this company, I requested a refund. I still have not received my refund or an apology from the store. I strongly recommend that nobody goes through this company, they obviously have no idea what customer service, integrity, or responsibility mean. A simple apology and an offer for redelivery probably would have gone a long way.
